We reserve the right to cancel the class based on enrollment numbers, at which point a full refund will be made. For two-semester courses, enrollees who withdraw before the end of the second week of classes will receive a refund minus a 3% payment charge. Enrollees who withdraw after the second week of classes will forfeit a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to remove a student permanently from a course who is disruptive and/or interferes with the safety, well-being, or educational experience of other students.

An automatic withdraw payment plan option will soon be functional. While we wait, payment plans may be accommodated by using the Contact form to request a payment schedule. 

EFA Terms: Those who choose the "Pay by EFA" option agree to pay fees in full regardless of EFA awards. If a payment in full is not possible within five business days, use the Contact form to request a payment schedule. Course seats may not be reserved until an arrangement is made.

Pay by Check Terms: Checks shall be mailed within five business days of registration or your course seat/s may not be reserved. If requesting a payment schedule, use the Contact form to make arrangements. Make checks out to Jerome Institute and mail to:
